From Koramangala Streets to HP Corridors – My Circle of Life

Life at HP? Yeah, it’s been good—great, actually. But honestly, there’s a whole other world outside those office walls that keeps me going. Travel, play, random hangouts with close people, and of course, time with family—my parents, my wife, my two lovely daughters. That’s the real pulse of my life.
But beyond that, I have these tight-knit circles—groups that have been with me through every phase. My people. My constants. My extended family.

The Area Boyzz

Let’s rewind to the 90s. No mobiles, no emails, no pings—just pure, raw friendship. I was in a small school in Koramangala. That’s where it all started. Rohit, Somu, Seene, Ananda, Babu—we called ourselves the Area Boyz. We were thick. Every single day we were together. If one didn’t show up, it felt like something was missing.

Oh those primary school days, just no words to say, innocent life's, silly jokes and fights, school day dances and skit. Then life happened and I got shifted to a different school. Just like that—poof—no more daily meets, no goodbyes, just… distance.

Two decades later, boom—FB, Insta, WhatsApp! Who would’ve thought? One by one, the old crew started popping up. Thanks to Anitha, Pradeep, Neema, Shilpa, Chandru, Murthy, and a few more—we reconnected. And guess what? It felt like nothing had changed.

Rani Sarala Devi High School – The Rollercoaster Years

High school came with its own madness. Three years of stories. Murali, Ashoka, Ravi, Durga, Shailu, Narsimha, Harini, Ramya, pumpu… just an amazing bunch. We had it all—punishments, fights, inside jokes, and of course, those teenage things...

Some of the bonds from those days grew stronger even after school. Especially Ramya… we shared something that words can’t capture.

Life wasn’t always kind, though, lost a few people along the way—some to fate, some to distance, and some… forever. That part still hits hard. Memories remain etched in the heart.

College: Jayanagar Trails and Unfiltered Fun

College brought Rahul and Anoop into my life. We were inseparable. From bunking classes to endless roaming in Jayanagar, our group was pure chaos and laughter. Those memories are still fresh—like they happened last week. Situation drifted us apart but the memories...sticks on

Then came degree days. A whole new chapter. I met Satish and Sujith—another classic trio in the making. From attending classes together to skipping lunch and vanishing during lectures, we did it all. Jisha and Soumya joined the gang occasionally—and well, life had a plan. Soumya eventually became a part of my family.

Crazy times with KP, Ashwath, Prakasha—we lived those days like there was no tomorrow.

And somewhere in that journey, someone special became a permanent fixture—Naveen, a.k.a CD. Our bond was slow to start, but when it clicked—it clicked hard. From college buddies to now colleagues at HP (yep, same company!), we’ve been through it all. Wins, failures, wild trips, deep talks. This guy? He’s not just a friend. He’s a brother. Period.

And Always—Family First

And before all these amazing people, there were my first friends—my sister and my cousin. They’ve been with me since day zero. Always there.

So yeah, life has taken me through many places and phases. Some people stayed, some faded, and some left behind unforgettable voids. But all of them… they’ve left a mark. If I could go back, I wouldn’t change a thing.

Because in the end, it’s not just about where we are—it’s about who we’ve had by our side.
